
There are many reasons why I started to write this book. The first one being, that I really needed to record down, as many of the different teaching methods, approaches and techniques, that I have used over the years, in order to help individuals learn about mental health and well-being.
I am hoping that with the help of this book professionals, non professionals as well as individuals, will gain a deeper understanding of the various mental health issues that can affect day to day life, by using the methods detailed within the book, it will allow these issues to be identified, facilitated and monitored.
